Agrology PBC Terms of Service Agreement

Effective Date: September 25, 2024

Thank you for choosing Agrology. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully.

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all users of Agrology’s products and services, including but not limited to our website, web services, mobile applications, SMS communications, email communication, and other communications related to customer success, marketing, and administrative functions. By using our services, you consent to receiving SMS messages, email communications, and other notifications as described in this agreement.

2. SMS Opt-In and Usage

By opting into Agrology’s SMS services, you agree to receive communications that include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Success and Support: Product updates, support notifications, data alerts, troubleshooting assistance, and direct communication with the Operations and Customer Success teams.

  • Marketing Communications: Invitations to webinars, promotional offers on Agrology products, services, and other marketing messages.

  • Administrative Communications: Appointment scheduling reminders, meeting confirmations, and service announcements. 

Opting In:
When you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive the above-mentioned types of communications. You can opt in by replying "YES" to the initial SMS invitation or by signing up through our online platforms.

3. SMS Opt-Out Process

You have the right to opt out of SMS communications at any time. To opt out, follow these simple steps:

  • Reply "STOP" to any SMS message from Agrology to unsubscribe from further text communications.

  • Upon receipt of your "STOP" request, we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed from SMS communications.

  • After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive any SMS messages unless you opt back in by replying "START."

Note: Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive emails or other types of notifications related to your Agrology account, unless you specifically unsubscribe from those as well.

4. Types of SMS Communications

a. Customer Success and Operations Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive notifications related to:

  • Product performance updates and troubleshooting assistance

  • Direct communication with the Operations and Customer Success teams for support or feedback

b. Marketing Communications

You may receive SMS messages regarding:

  • Invitations to Agrology webinars, events, or promotional offers

  • Information about new products, features, and services that may be relevant to your operations

c. Administrative Communications

These messages include:

  • Appointment and meeting reminders

  • Schedule updates or cancellations

  • Notifications about changes in service availability

5. Opting Out of Marketing or Administrative Messages Only

If you wish to opt out of only Marketing or Administrative communications, please contact us at support@agrology.ag or use the specific instructions provided in the SMS or email communication. Please note that opting out of one type of communication (e.g., Marketing) will not automatically opt you out of Customer Success or Administrative communications.

6. Data Privacy and Usage

Your privacy is important to us. Agrology will never share or sell your phone number or personal information without your explicit consent. All communications are intended solely for your benefit as a customer and to improve your overall service experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Agrology provides the SMS communication services "as is" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of this service. Agrology will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the way we handle communications. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated through our website and SMS notifications, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
